• Colours and the glow effect may appear differently depending on your screen, garden lighting, and viewing conditions.
• Each item is personalized using the photo, name and dates you provide, so results depend on the quality of the photo you upload.
• Your uploaded photo may be adjusted slightly to fit the design, and minor variations in print or finish may occur.
• Because items are made to order, please review your live preview carefully before purchasing.

4. Product Use and Care

Customers are responsible for reading and following the care information provided. For solar garden lights we recommend that you:

• Place the solar panel where it receives direct sunlight for the best charge.
• Keep the light clean and free of debris, and wipe it with a soft, dry cloth.
• Keep small parts away from young children and use appropriate adult supervision.
• Do not dismantle, modify, or attempt to repair the unit.
• Bring the light indoors during extreme weather to extend its life.

FAEVEZ is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow the care information.

5. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or update details without prior notice. Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance; an order is accepted after payment is authorized and you receive an order confirmation. If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we may cancel the affected item and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

6. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown and may change without prior notice. The price charged will normally be the price displayed during checkout. If an obvious pricing or typographical error occurs, we may correct the error or cancel the affected order. Applicable taxes and any shipping charges are displayed during checkout. Because each light is personalized, personalized orders are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns, but this does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, and nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution under our Refund and Returns Policy. Please keep the item and packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

12. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may have separate terms, eligibility conditions and expiry dates. Unless stated otherwise, codes cannot be exchanged for cash, only one code may be used per order, and discounts may not apply to taxes or shipping.
